2 Days of Bad Weather…..

We had some rough weather, in the last 3 days.  It was non stop thunderstorms, for 2 days straight.  The ground couldn’t absorb the water fast enough to keep flooding down.  Our are got anywhere from 8 to 10 inches in the 2 days of storms.  This is my backyard and yo can see the water standing.  See how dark it was outside, this was during the daytime.    It was a very scary situation for several hours.  Many people are still with out power………  Our area was without power for about 2 hours, which is much better than some other areas hit.  They say that there were possible funnel clouds with very high winds, that cause major damage in other parts of the local areas.  Loosing power kept me from seeing the weather on TV, and I don’t have a battery operated radio.
