It’s stiff and hurts to move. The reason this is happening is because, I am in fact older and I bent over to pull up some plants. I pulled on some plants that didn’t want to come up. They had a good root system and wasn’t giving up to my light handed pull. Ouch!

These people for the most part have been living there many years and paying taxes. They are respected citizens and should be given a break when tax season rolls around. I find the city offices can drum up all types of things to hit you with, to suck the money out of you wallets. It’s not necessary for them to find all things inspections and code fees to apply when people move.
