Yes, it is and you can always look forward to the early bloomers, to start popping up as soon as the rains and warm sunshine taunt them. 
Here is the first of my blooms, the Narcissis, is just getting started and the daffodils are in buds today. 
It won’t be long till these pretty yellow buds will pop open and give forth their splendor.
