I picked up a few unwanted pounds during the holiday’s with all those rich sweets, my sister made for us to eat. I really couldn’t resist all those cakes, pies and puddings. That topped off great meals, that we all enjoyed during this time. Thanksgiving almost ruined my, with all the trimmings, they fix with that darn turkey. He sure has caused a lot of trouble down through the year’s.
I’m so glad that I can just watch my intake and slowly get back down to my normal size. My sister, has given up on loosing her weight, and feels like there’s no help for her. So, she eats and enjoys her food, daily. As for me, I don’t eat as much when I’m alone, as I do when I with other people. So, I won’t need to find a lap-band doctor or exercise coach to help me get rid of this unwanted fat.
My Mom, looks like the Pillsbury Dough Boy. If she were to fall, you could roll her down the street. I hope my sister doesn’t get large like Mom, because it’s so bad for her health. She already has too many health problems, so she doesn’t need to add to them. She promised that she would start walking at the start of this new year. I will have to follow up on that, to make sure she doesn’t get lazy.
