Domestic Violence Lawyer

This is a very sad situation, when one member of a household, gets mentally sick and takes their frustrations out on people. Most of these incidents are against family members, who can’t defend themselves.
My daughter as well as myself have gone through times that extreme violence was placed on us. We were attacked by our spouses, and left in a sad condition physically, emotionally and financially. It took many years for me to see that I was in a “no win” situation, and change my life. I had to file charges on my spouse and make sure that they stuck. Otherwise he would have kept doing it, had I let him off.
In New Jersey, there are attorney’s who are able to assist, people who have been attacked by members of their family. The laws govern new jersey domestic violence like many other states do. I don’t live in this area, but there are many people who reside in New Jersey. I hope they are smarter than I was and get help for these situations, before something really bad comes of it. Some attacks have resulted in death, and that’s a bad way to experience this type of crime.
Some people can be wrongly accused of these crimes, and need a good attorney to aide in their defense.

Dream Wedding……

I not sure if you are one of those “little girl romantics” as I am. Down through the years I would dream of this outstanding wedding, held out in the yard or garden. I could see me walking down the path, all decked out in my wedding gown. Ahead of me would be my waiting groom, with a big smile on his face.
My yard wasn’t the most outstanding of yards, so my child like mind would adapt to the differences and figure an illusion beyond it’s limits. It all would be handled in some sort of form or fashion, I dreamed. I could see the roses, the bouquets and even the gazebo. I had to have one of those to stand under, in my dream.
I could see me going to the store and picking out a dress, trying it on and moving about the wedding accessories trying to choose my veil, plus amenities. There had to be this and that to accompany my bridesmaids and maid of honor. I could see it all coming together in my small girl dreams. This was going to be one of those fairy tale type weddings, with all the trimmings. Everything was supposed to fall into place. Unfortunately, the fair tale didn’t come true and our finances were lacking as well.

I met a man a few years back who worked for one of the major waste management firms in the local DFW area. He was the router, who made sure the trucks hit the road at a certain time, went to the companies that were on their lists at the exact specified locations and followed their progress during the scheduled work time. It was a stressful job and one I tried to hire on for. I figured if he could handle it, so could I. There were several different aspects to handle and I’m sure that the Waste Management Software they used was adequate, but could probably have been updated. It was a very stressful and overwhelming time, when we had all those people come up here and stay at the convention center, during the hurricanes. Waste management companies were working at top level out put.

Palestinians salvage belongings from an apartment building following an Israeli airstrike in Gaza City. Israeli troops advanced into Gaza suburbs for the first time early Tuesday, residents said, hours after Prime Minister Ehud Olmert warned Islamic militants that they face an ‘iron fist’ unless they agree to Israeli terms for an end to war in the Gaza Strip.

Palestinian children gather around bags of flour at the United Nations warehouse, in Shati refugee camp in Gaza City. Hunger and injuries cloud the lives of these people and they are not finished with this war……….many people are dead or injured so badly that they may never recover. So much work will need to be done to aid these people in restoring their lives. I pray for their peace.

Pecan Pies

I made two Pecan Pies for Thanksgiving but only one survived. When taking the last pie out of the oven, I caught the edge of the pie on the edge of the table and it flipped, right into the floor. It was a big mess and of course I was the one to clean it up. I was so mad and my spouse didn’t make it any easier…………..he laughed………then I was really mad and hurt…………so, as you can see………..this is what is left of the only pie I had…..when I shared the story with my famly at the dinner, they all laughed as well…………I think I’ll soothe my feelings and eat the rest………don’t you think I should?
