Hot Chicken Wings
2 lbs. chicken wings
1/4 c. butter melted
2-4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
Preheat oven to 425*F. Cut tips off wings,(save for soup) cut wings in half at joint. In med. bowl, combine butter pepper sauce, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add wings and toss. In bottom of broiler pan, arrange wings on baking sheet, bake and turn occasionally, about 35 min. or till brown and crispy. Serve, with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
